Bigwig Technologies is manufacturer of automation systems in the segment of Lightings, Irrigation and Security. Our product, Maestro, is one of the most advanced products that provides integrated automation solution.

Maestro is widely used in segment of Home Automation, Agriculture, Industrial Automation, Hospitality Industries, Polyhouses and many more. The system offers flexible means of control on various appliances, switches, solenoid-valves, external systems, etc. It's unique features and easy to use interfaces upgrades lifestyles seamlessly giving essence of living with comfort, convenience and bliss.

Maestro is designed such that it is capable to operate independently. Meaning, information related to User Profile is actually stored and configured inside Maestro. This information is not stored on any of our databases or servers.

Although, to facilitate operations of certain features, data is routed via / using our Servers / Partner Organizations. Unless explicitely specified, the usage of our server comes at no cost to our customers. These features are disabled by default in Maestro and Users can enable them using Maestro's Web-Console. This Privacy Policy document explicates the list of features and information stored and/or shared by us with our Partner Organizations.

  • Enabling DDNS

  • DDNS (Dynamic Domain Naming Service) feature is useful if User needs to control Maestro Family / Enabled devices outside local network, i.e. control devices using Internet. In order to facilitate routing of traffic, the Static / Public Internet IP address is stored on our servers. To enable stability and availability of our servers, we also maintain logs (at a certain level) detailing the incoming and outgoing traffic. The details of logs are not shared with any other organization.

  • System generated Emails and Mobile App Notifications

  • Maestro is capable of sending emails and mobile notifications to users. Users can enable this feature using Maestro Web-Console. Maestro sends this data to our Gateway Servers which further communicates with others and complete its operation. To ensure stability of our servers and availability of our servers. The details of logs are not shared with any other organization. Also our Gateway Servers further communicate with organizations like Apple, Google to send notifications.

  • Platform Integration

  • Platform Integration is means to integrate Maestro with other voice enabled systems available in market (e.g Google Home, Alexa Echo, etc). Users can enable this feature using Maestro's Web-Console. The configuration require users to authenticate and authorize by login into Maestro. Once users authenticate and authorize applications, users can control Maestro Family / Enabled devices using respective applications. In such cases, we do not store or share User Credentials / Email / other information. After user authorises any application to log in, applications are authorized based on secured tokens using the industry standard OAuth2 protocol. These token are maintained by our server and expire after stipulated duration of time. Once the token expires, Applications are not allowed to access Maestro. Applications are further required to request for refreshing new tokens on expiry. Using secured tokens, Applications can only perform ON/OFF or trigger Scenes/Modes operations. All other features are restricted. Applications will not able to access Maestro's Web Console using secured token. The maintenance of authorization tokens is strictly limited at our end and is not shared with any organization. Users can disable Platform Integration at any time using Maestro's Web-Console, to restrict access to these applications.
